With the comprehensive and rapid development of large models of artificial intelligence at home and abroad, it also brings new development opportunities for the smart home industry. However, the full application of the smart home industry vertical domain model is still in a new stage, how to build a good vertical domain model, deep digging and AI big data, intelligent decision-making, intelligent perception and home scene between the empowerment relationship, has become an important direction of industry exploration. In this context, China's large model technical standards are ready to emerge.

On July 28, the "Industry Big Model High Quality Development Forum and Trusted AI Big Model Standard Publicity Meeting" of China Information and Communication Institute was held in Nanjing. During this period, Haier Zhijia (600690), as the core unit to promote the big model of the industry, took the lead in formulating the first big model standard for the home industry in China, and established indicators around the application scenarios, implementation effects and service maturity of the big model in smart home, so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the big model of home.

To fill the gap in the industry, Haier built a large model to achieve industry norms.

It is understood that the smart home industry has entered the stage of deepening the development of AI technology. In the face of growing user demand, China Academy of Information and Communications Technology has been promoting the engineering process of artificial intelligence in China since October 2017, focusing on the improvement of tools, systems, processes and governance systems related to artificial intelligence engineering. Since 2021, the China Academy of Information and Communication, relying on the key technology and application evaluation of artificial intelligence, the large model working group of the Key Laboratory of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, has started the research work of the large model series of standards, and has formed a number of standards.

Among them, how to make the brain of the smart family smarter, how to make AI more efficient, and even how to improve the integration of smart devices and family space have become the problems to be solved by Haier Zhijia in building a large model standard for the home industry. Today, with the joint efforts of Haier Zhijia and China Information and Communication Institute, the first domestic large-scale model standard for the home industry has been established.

After the standard is established, it will provide a standardized basis for the development of the smart home industry. When developing and applying AI technology, the industry needs to use large model standards as a reference, and in terms of data encryption, rights management, and customized services, it needs to conduct in-depth collaboration based on the industry's open platform.

At present, Haier Zhijia is already building smart home products and scenarios based on large model standards, so that the home has higher intelligence and active services. When the understanding and natural dialogue ability of home AI is improved, it will be able to control home appliances and scenes more freely. For example, in the living room, users can control all functions of the air conditioner through voice, "I am hot", "lower the temperature, lower the temperature" and "keep the wind from blowing". In the balcony, when the user encounters clothes that cannot be washed, the washing machine will recommend the washing program for the user through guided interaction. In the kitchen, users can mobilize the steaming oven by voice to make master dishes, the type of ingredients, weight, and cooking methods can be finely controlled, truly allowing users to free their hands. In addition, the degree of integration between products and scenes is also higher. For example, in a bath scene, a bathroom equipped with a water heater can be linked with a living room equipped with an air conditioner. After the user gives the instruction to take a bath in the living room, the water heater prepares hot water according to the user's habit. After taking a bath, the living room air conditioner is automatically turned on and adjusted to a comfortable temperature to prevent the user from catching cold due to large temperature difference.

In addition, the large model standard also enables multi-dimensional application effects in scenarios such as intelligent security, intelligent audio and video, intelligent sensing, intelligent network, intelligent lighting, etc., to truly realize the intelligent upgrade of life in different spaces.

Take the user as the center, with the standard to lead the orderly development of the industry

For the disorderly growth of various industries, the development of an industry-wide standard is definitely the greatest blessing. Prior to this, a professor at Sun Yat-sen University said that if the smart home appliance industry can formulate unified standards and different manufacturers can provide each other with open interfaces, it will bring consumers a better whole-house smart experience.

This time, Haier Zhijia took the lead in formulating the first large-scale model standard for the household industry in China, which is to let the industry and users see the "orderly light" once again ".

Of course, this is not the only case of Haier Zhijia carrying the burden of industry standards on their shoulders.
